Dragons Travel Baseball Tryouts - Postponed to Saturday, January 16th

Due to health and safety considerations and in light of the City of Philadelphia restrictions on team sports activities set to expire on January 15th, the PDSA travel team tryouts for 11U, 10U and 8U have been rescheduled from January 9th and will now be held on Saturday, January 16th at the Phield House (814 Spring Garden Street).

To tryout, players need to register using the forms that are accessible via links in the attached updated tryout notices.

Players are asked to register by January 14th so that coaches can get an accurate headcount and be able to provide a safe tryout environment. There is no need to register again if you've already done so.

Depending on the numbers of registered players, coaches may reach out to families with specific tryout slot times so as to be able to maintain physical distancing. Masks are required for all coaches, players, and parents at all times during the tryouts.

The current times for the tryouts are 1:00 to 2:30pm for 11u; 2:30 to 4:00 for 10u and 4:00 to 5:30 for 8u.

Those times are subject to change as is the date based on registration numbers and local ordinances, so please be on the lookout for email communication from coaches after you register your child. Also if this change of date presents a schedule conflict for your family, please reach out directly to the coach listed for your child’s age appropriate team to inquire about alternate arrangements.

For those looking for the 9U team tryout, it will be held in March and the details of that will be forthcoming.
